Pinal Looks at Additional Fine for Speeders

Speeders in Pinal County busted by photo radar vans could face an additional $36 fee if a process server is needed to hand them a court summons if the ticket is not paid.

The county is looking to institute the new charge to avoid having to pay out of its own pockets for process servers when drivers ignore the tickets they receive in the mail.
