Google's Stand for Digital Due Process

In a recent blog post from the Official Google Blog, they outlined their opinion on Digital Due Process. In their post, they explain how the current privacy laws are outdated (they were written in 1986) and that they feel they should be updated to keep up with our new technology. They have created their own collation website, and have stated their intent to meet with, "lawmakers, law enforcement officials and others to help build support for modernizing the law."
