It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to enter into a non-exclusive, multiple award, contract(s) to secure the professional services of a qualified Contractor(s) to perform legal service of process of documents, with one (1) contractor selected for Part A, within the State of California, and one (1) contractor selected for Part B, outside the State of California, for Merced County’s Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).
The primary goal of the county is to obtain services of a Contractor(s) who can provide the volume and quality of services required within the time constraints allowed, for the most reasonable cost to the taxpayers.
