The following RFP is for the procurement of Service of Legal Process within Shawnee County (Kansas) for the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.
The persons to be served are within the geographic boundaries of Shawnee County, Kansas. The Department anticipates that it will refer approximately 150 cases per month for service of process.
The contract length is for a period of three (3) years from the date of award with two (2) additional optional one-year renewal periods.
