Process Server Has Trouble Finding Ed Jew, Too

It's not just San Francisco officials and voters who have had difficulty figuring out where Supervisor Ed Jew lives - the process server dispatched to deliver his suspension papers had a tough time finding him as well.

Process server Nicholas Vratari was called in by mayoral Chief of Staff Phil Ginsburg on Monday evening and was asked to be "especially courteous" and not ambush the supervisor.

Vratari's first stop was Jew's house on 28th Avenue in the Sunset District. It wasn't easy to find, because the numbers were gone from out front. When Vratari tried the door, no one answere
